Your new role
Currently looking for an inspiring Tele-sales Manager adept at motivating Tele-sales teams to reach established goals. Skilled at executing various marketing and awareness campaigns within a given period. Specialize in handling high volume calling in an organized manner while retaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
•Put the client first and provide excellent client service through the tele-sales team.
• Ensure high quality data for prospects and clients is maintained accurately in required business systems thus enabling specific targeting of the right prospects.
• Supervise tele-sales team to improve their productivity, coach them on shadowing method to help them improve their communication skills, empathy, selling approaches, motivation, and productivity.
• Create an effective process to refine talk scripts based on various client scenarios, feedback from prospects and improve these on a continual basis. Continue to improve the articulation of our value proposition, key benefits, and features of products.

What you'll need to succeed

You MUST have:
Successful experience of leading & supervising tele-sales team as well as hands-on selling experience in tele-sales channels (outbound & inbound) as an individual tele-sales rep.
• Demonstrate ability to engage at all levels and influence team positively to achieve outcomes.
• Outstanding ability to manage tele-sales operations. Experience & expertise in managing high-volume, high pace outbound / inbound tele-sales operations and teams.
• Experience of preparing and updating call center scripts across the customer lifecycle.
•Work with individual sales reps to clearly define goals & follow through on progress.
• Responded to customer complaints in a professional & courteous manner.
• Experience of developing staff mentoring programs to increase productivity and sales
•Successful experience of leading & supervising tele-sales team.
• Experience of hiring, training, and supervising a team of tele-sales staff. Have great skills to listen deeply and care for the wellbeing of team members.
• Monitored results and assisted with sales efforts to help achieve goals. Work with individual sales reps to clearly define goals & follow through on progress.

Salary: 9.0M~13.0M

Vacations:
2 days off per week
