Technical Support Engineer

What you'll need to succeed
3-5 years hands on experience in Tech Support Engineer (L1/L2), handling external customer incidents & resolution on the company product.
you will be working closely with local and APAC tech support team, report to Australia Tech Manager
Strong technical support experience on internal enterprise OS, business applications support & escalate to Australia& APAC
Solid understanding of virtualization technologies including VMware ESX(i), Microsoft Hyper-V, Nutanix AHV
