Job Description and RequirementsWe're looking for Technical Account Manager to join our team in Tokyo, Japan. Technical Account Management team supports the development of strategic customers’ AppSec vision by increasing adoption and improving utilization of technology in the enterprise. We help a wide range of customers from some of the planet’s largest and most complex organizations to innovative start-ups.Your responsibilities

• Partner with the other members of the account team to strategize, orchestrate, and execute activities tailored to each strategic customer
• Guide strategic customers best practice of Software Integrity Group’s products and services such as Coverity, Black Duck, Seeker, Defensics, Tinfoil, eLearning, and managed services
• Ensure value realization by increasing adoption, optimizing technology, managing complexity and evangelizing best practices
• Be a strategic partner aligned on business priorities, helping to address capability gaps and to craft executive strategies
• Be a trusted advisor, providing guidance on industry and technology trends, and acting as an instrument for informed and better conclusions
• Provide proactive advocacy within here, orchestrating resources and helping to prioritize requests
• Increase customers’ efficiency by preventing issues, resolving challenges and helping them to leverage new capabilities faster
• Facilitate community-building and knowledge-sharing

Desired Skills and Experience• A successful track record as a technical account manager, solution architect, or sales engineer for complex AppSec, CI, or DevSecOps products and services
• Knowledge of application security and vulnerabilities
• Understanding of open-source licensing issues
• Software development experience with C/C++, Java, C#, or other prevalent programming language
• Security certification such as CEH, CISSP, or CSSL
• Knowledge of Software Integrity Group’s products and services such as Coverity, Black Duck, Seeker, Defensics, eLearning, Tinfoil, and managed services or experience with Checkmarx, Fortify or SCA Tools (Whitesource, Sonatype)Qualifications

• At least 5 years in a customer-facing role
• The talent to work with, connect to, and influence customers to transform processes to utilize new technologies
• Excellent communication, presentation, problem solving, relationship-building, and project management skills
• Prefer candidates living in Kanto area easily commuting to Japan Tokyo HQ
• Talents with Japan Citizenship are preferred due to business needs
