Multinational jeweller based in London with multiple shop locations spread around the globe.

Your new role
As an IT support engineer, you will be in charge of helpdesk and other L1 and L2 type IT matter.

What you'll need to succeed
- At least 3 years of helpdesk experience
- PC kitting knowledge
- Japanese speaking, reading, and writing (email) proficiency
