-Handle direct sourcing and manage the full recruiting process
-Strategize with identifying target companies, networks, and talent pools
-Review KPIs and performance of team and recommend improvements
-3+ years’ recruitment experience either in-house or at an agency either for new grad hiring or midcareer
-Strong internal and external communication skills
-Native level Japanese and daily English (written and orally)
-Must be a current resident of Japan and will not require visa support
-Salary up to 8M (flexible depending on experience)
-Social Insurance, Health Insurance, Paid leave, Work From Home and Office Hybrid
