Your new role
-Handle direct sourcing and manage the full recruiting process of about 20-30 headcounts/year
-Strategize with identifying target companies, networks, and talent pools
-Work with and manage agencies to fill positions
What you'll need to succeed
-2+ years’ recruitment experience either in-house or at an agency
-Bachelor’s degree
-Strong internal and external communication skills
-Fluent Japanese and Business English (written and orally)
-Must be a current resident of Japan, visa support OK
What you'll get in return
