Your new role
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be in charge of mid-career hiring, mainly by working with agencies as well as direct sourcing. Furthermore, you will be managing various hiring projects, such as facilitating current hiring structures.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you need to have relevant HR experience for more than 3 years. You need to speak fluent Japanese and a business level of English. You need to have a pro-active mindset and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
What you'll get in return
Annual Salary Ranges from 5M – 8M JPY.
Position Information Working Hours: 09:00-17:30
Lunch break 12:00-13:00
Flexible Working Hours (No core hours)
Probation Period: 3 months
Holiday: Weekends + Public Holidays
Overtime: Yes (Average 20 hours/month)
