Your new role
- Recruiting for marketing, sales, and engineer position. 30 people per year. - Manage full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback and offering - Closely working with HRBP to build TA strategy
What you'll need to succeed
- 5 years + of experience of TA/recruiter - Experience in learning and development function or HRBP role is an advantage. - Business English and native Japanese - High proficiency in English both written and spoken is essential - Expertise knowledge in talent acquisition - Strategic thinking and execution skill. - strong customer orientation.
What you'll get in return - Hybrid (WFH 50% / WFO 50%) - Work hours : they can choose from below 1, 8:30-17:00 2, 9:00-17:30 3, 9:30-18:00 - Salary up to 10.5m
