Your new company
Our client is one of the most established financial services firm that is well known around the globe. You will be joining a highly stable Japan team with employees who stay for 20-30 years.

Your new role
You will be responsible for end-to-end mid career recruitment for this firm, including:
- Identify hiring needs and advise Department Heads on talent
- Screen CVs and conduct interviews
- Identify and promote employer value and branding
- Liaise with external vendors on CV introduction, background checks, and onboarding
- Ensure smooth candidate experience
- Facilitate internal hires and mobility
- Participate in regional and global projects covering talent matters

What you'll need to succeed
- 5-10 years of professional recruitment experience
- Fluency in English and Japanese
- Interest and agility in working in a fast-paced and global environment
- Commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
- Ambition to succeed in this role and further progress in Talent and HR
