You will be reporting to Head of HR and GA.
Your new role
l This job position contributes to company performance by planning and implementing talent acquisition strategy.
l Conducts ongoing supply and demand analysis for business partners on current and future state staffing and skill needs and design talent acquisition strategies to meet those needs.
l Performs talent acquisition for assigned client base. Partner hiring managers to clarify critical requirements, while support them as needed to draft/update Job Descriptions. Present candidate applications and resumes for required skills, experience and knowledge to fit position requirements.
l Grows and conserves network of contacts to help identity and source qualified candidates, maintain and manage the pool of recruiters for service and cost effectiveness.
l Leverages on-line recruiting resources; employee referrals; network referrals; etc. to identify and recruit “best in class” talent.
l Actively participates in recruitment campaigns and serve as brand ambassador; job fairs; college relations programs; general networking; etc. to ensure robust candidate pipeline.
l Facilitates process of candidate selection; interviewing; job offer; background check; and candidate on-boarding details; administer and submit hiring/approval paperwork.
l Continually champions Employee Referral Bonus program to include proactive identification of internal talent matching and advancement.
l Remains current on trends and innovative recruiting techniques to compete in market and within industry.
l Co-facilitate On-Boarding program for new hires.
What you'll need to succeed
l Foundation and knowledge of principles & practices of HR, including employment law and compliance requirements
l Knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting components including sourcing; qualifying; networking; assessing; wage trends.
l Collaborative, and mature with excellent interpersonal skills; able to build effective working relationships with internal/external stakeholders at all levels.
l Agile learner; able to thrive in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment
l Able to organize, multi-task and prioritise tasks
l Able to make recommendation to effectively resolve issues
l Native level Japanese and Business level English
