Provide onsite/desk side & remote support to end users for IT incident
Manage Helpdesk Service team members
Support end users and deliver IT services in the areas of Windows 7/10
PC support, LAN and WAN, Firewall & Network Protocols
Mobile devices and tablets support and management
Fluent Japanese, Business English & valid working visa
