Your new role

*Senior Medical Director
*Devise and Implement Medical Strategy
*Lead a team of 15 members
*Work closely with the CEO of the company
*Interact with internal stakeholder [R&D, PV, RA & Commercial]
*Interact with External Stakeholders [KOL's, Medical Associations, Scientific Experts to attain insights on future Medical Practice

What you'll need to succeed
*Experience in Medical Affairs or Clinical Development
*Strong scientific background and communication skills
*Ability to provide advise to the business leaders from a Medical Perspective
*Fluent in Japanese & Business English
*PhD or MD
*NO prior line management experience required
