Your new role
As Senior FM/Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for all day to day Facilities operations of a Tokyo based client. Responsible for hard and soft services, health & safety and vendor management, you will manage a small onsite team. Reports directly to Director level manager, and indirectly to local and regional client stakeholders/
What you'll need to succeed
Min 5yrs experience in Facility Manager, including in a mid-senior level role with people management duties. Good ability to use initiative and work effectively as part of a team. Fluency in Japanese and English. Must be currently based in Japan.
