Purpose of the job
Provide commercial leadership and coordination of all sales and business development opportunities within Japan. Implement the go to market approach as defined by the country leader and work closely with the team to bring it to reality for the business unit.

Main responsibilities
· Deliver sales and business development targets for the nominated territory, including identifying and winning major opportunities in order to KEEP existing customers, GET new customers and GROW within existing customers, through the sales of the company’s Standard and Advanced offers.
· Manage commercial business requirements: negotiation of pricing and contractual terms, ownership of tender responses, delivery/invoicing of forecasted revenue within the country.
· Oversee account management: ensuring that Account Plans, M-Sheets, and opportunity planning and CRM tools are created/maintained for all major existing and target accounts, and that a clear relationship matrix and lobbying plan is created and adhered to within the team.
· Ensure liaison with and support of domestic teams including Account Managers as relevant for Japan.· Negotiate contracts and ensure execution of contracts by the required teams.
· Monitor and ensure customer satisfaction.
· Produce and manage reports including: Monthly reports, BRM, forecast update and validation
- within agreed deadlines
- and partition in monthly business reviews.
· Manage sub regional teams as required including day-to-day team management/support; annual performance review and objective setting.
· Ensure compliance of all teams with customer quality systems, health and safety laws and company code of conduct.
· Ensure use and integration of company standard tools and processes
