Summary
The client is a globally leading technology firm, developing and producing innovative high-tech components and systems based on x-ray and radio frequency. The high-tech components and systems are widely used in the fabrication of high-performance microchips, electronic device fabrication as well as the testing of parts for the automotive, aerospace and security industries.

Job Description
  • Manage the sales organisation in Japan (8 employees)
  • Join the company's global leadership team
  • Accountable for business performance versus plan in region
  • Work closely with all internal department to ensure best results and direct sales
  • Develop sales team and drive high performance culture
  • Manage and develop relationship with channel partners as well as the execution of sales strategies
  • Responsible for entire life cycle management
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures
  • Update, and analyse market information and trend

The Successful Applicant
  • Sales management experience in B2B Machinery market
  • Leadership experience in Japan
  • Communication ability in English and Japanese
  • Good network with distributors and end users in Japan
  • Good presentation and negotiation skills
