Resource Planning Manager

Your new role
  • Ensure that resources are managed efficiently and effectively
  • Forecast the Call Center’s budget plan and monitor if budget is utilized properly
  • Provide analytics on trends and use data while identifying new methods, strategies and opportunities
  • Review and analyze the productivity of all team members and identify the areas of improvement


What you'll need to succeed
  • Strong experience in team management and resource planning.
  • Experience in forecasting / cost & data management.
  • Must have strong leadership and stakeholder management.
