Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a proven channel manager to the support the rapid growth of our Japan channel sales business. The ideal candidate will have experience tactically supporting field sales teams with the goal of driving partner-led pipeline and bookings.

Must be comfortable working in a nimble, fast-moving environment.

Role Summary:
The Software Integrity Group (SIG) is growing and we want you to come grow with us! The Channel Account Manager will be planning and execution efforts centered around key growth partners, including VARs and Resellers in Japan. This function is responsible for developing and qualifying new partner sales opportunities. Candidates will possess a customer focus, and a record of accomplishment of delivering results in a high performance, fast-paced environment via partners.

Role Requirements:
  • Act as the first point of contact for our partners and sales reps to generate, develop, qualify, and close new business opportunities with partners.
  • Conduct high level conversations about technology and products with key contacts within target partner accounts.
  • Establish connections between our sales team and the partner sellers
  • Effectively track activity of opportunities using SFDC and report on weekly/monthly/quarterly results.
  • Maintain regular contact with the regional sales teams to discuss progress and pipeline at each partner account. Identify gaps or challenges.
  • This is a fast-growing team. Be open to taking on new responsibilities as they arise, some tactical, some programmatic, all in support of growing our Japan partner program.

Key Qualifications:
  • You have 5-7 years experience in a channel role working with the key channel partners and SIs in the software/technology sector.
  • You have a solid background in direct and indirect technology sales, preferably in Application or Cyber Security.
  • You have a proven background working with cross-functional teams to accomplish your goals.
  • You have experience structuring partner deals.
