- 中長期での採用ブランディング戦略の企画・遂行（外部パートナーや他部署と連携をしながら業務を遂行致します。特に、企画の推進をお願いしたいと思います）
- 外部メディアへのマーケティング戦略の企画・立案、運用。
- 全社的な採用イベントの企画・実行（主に新卒を想定。キャリアフォーラムや合同入社式等含む）
- 対大学向けの戦略的なブランディング施策の展開。
- 各施策の効果検証および次の施策の提案。
- SNSや新規メディアを活用したデジタルマーケティング施策の遂行
- 先進的な採用コミュニケーションツールの開発（オンラインブローシャ―や先進的な動画等）
- 各施策の効果検証および次の施策の提案
