仕事内容
-Handle direct sourcing and manage the full recruiting process of about 30-40 headcounts/year
-Strategize with identifying target companies, networks, and talent pools
-Work with and manage agencies to fill positions

対象となる方
-3+ years’ recruitment experience either in-house or at an agency
-Bachelor’s degree
-Strong internal and external communication skills
-Native Japanese and Business English (written and orally)
-Must be a current resident of Japan, visa support OK

オファー内容
-Salary up to 9M (flexible depending on experience)
-Permanent Position
-Social Insurance, Health Insurance, Paid leave
