Your new role
Identify, manage and support the delivery of strategic Real Estate development opportunities for Supply Chain and external customers in Japan. This will include sourcing and acquiring land for new sites and delivering the completed project(s) within agreed time lines. You will work closely internally with key stakeholders and externally with landowners, developers and business partners. The position (a stand-alone role) reports regionally into the APAC Head of RES.

What you'll need to succeed
Min 5 years' experience across real estate investment and development, ideally with a recognized company in the logistics real estate sector. Strong network of contacts. Good competency with Legal, Tax, Accounting, Finance and Risk matters (as well as Solutions Design and Operations). Fluency in Japanese and English.
