Your new role
Management of outsourcers for the following tasks, response to inquiries from employees, and planning and execution of work flow improvements
- Payroll calculation (including resident tax and year-end adjustment)
- Various social insurance procedures (in cooperation with social insurance consultants)
- Management of personnel expenses (in cooperation with accounting and tax departments)
- Collection and management of My Number, etc.
- Visa renewal support (in cooperation with administrative scrivener)
What you'll need to succeed
- At least 5 years of experience in HR at a business company, BPO or HR consulting firm
- A business company or the company which provided HR operation by BPO or HR consulting firm has more than 500 employees
- Experience in improving work flow involving several members in HR operations
