Your new role
You will supervise a team of payroll specialists as Manager. You will advise both foreign and Japanese clients on HR matters and labor laws. Delivering operational excellence will be your key mission, as well as maintaining and developing meaningful client relationships.

What you'll need to succeed
Minimum 5 years of HR operations and payroll calculation experience
Sharoushi qualification is a huge plus
Native-level Japanese and business-level English
Excellent communication and advisory skills
