Your new role
As the Operational Leader, you will be responsible for leading Research and Development process improvement. For example clinical monitoring plans versus actual performance; develop resource planning strategies; lead and improve tracking systems for clinical processes and more

What you'll need to succeed
5+ years experience in R&D, including 3+ years in Clinical Development planning phase to approval. Bachelor in life sciences as a minimum, advanced degree preferred such as MSc, PhD and MBA.
