Your new role
  • Responsible for managing facilities for Tokyo office
  • Liaising between vendors, service providers
  • Point person for company, ensure office operations, control correspondences, and organize procedures
  • Process invoices, sales reports of catalogues, and office expenses
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and bookings to managers
  • Ensure to maintain cleanliness in the common areas
  • Maintain and prepare office supplies
  • Ensure security, emergency manuals


What you'll need to succeed
  • 2 years of professional experience in office management with strong GA background
  • Experience working in a start-up environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong hospitality skills
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
