Your new role
- Responsible for managing facilities for Tokyo office
- Liaising between vendors, service providers
- Point person for company, ensure office operations, control correspondences, and organize procedures
- Process invoices, sales reports of catalogues, and office expenses
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and bookings to managers
- Ensure to maintain cleanliness in the common areas
- Maintain and prepare office supplies
- Ensure security, emergency manuals
What you'll need to succeed
- 2 years of professional experience in office management with strong GA background
- Experience working in a start-up environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong hospitality skills
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
