They are currently looking for an experienced office manager to help managing around 850 employees and be responsible for their office renovation plan in 2022!

You will be working under a brilliant manager, who has lots of office relocation and general affairs experiences. It’s a great opportunity to develop new skills, practice English and Learn IT knowledge! Not to say the competitive salary package!

Your new role
1. General affairs work (including budget managements
2. General facility work
3. Operation and management of internal events
4. Management of EA (Executive Assistant)
5. Help renovating the new office

What you'll need to succeed
1. Around 10 years of experiences in General Affairs
2. Have managed more than 300 employees
3. Have participated office renovation/layout before
4. Basic computer skills
5. Native Japanese, Business English
