To provide a wide range of focused support and service tasks. Through these interactions, you will enjoy bringing resolution and insight to each colleague that asks for assistance.
To provide customer assistance and provide quick assessment and resolution. At times, to provide advice or a solution on the spot. You may have to refer colleagues to other T&D team members to escalate and provide solutions.
To offer guidance, knowledge, and even tips and training including personal training for new colleagues, helping them acquire the basic skills they need to get started. To share and inspire others around you.
You will connect with colleagues to discover their needs and how they are working and share this knowledge with T&D Product teams to better create products, solutions & experiences to ensure colleagues continue to have a sustainable impact throughout the world.
What you'll need to succeed
Demonstrated proficiency in technology, and the ability to quickly learn about new products
Ability to consistently deliver great customer experiences — no matter what the situation
Strong people skills and problem-solving ability
Ability to assess customers’ support needs when they arrive, then provide solutions or refer them to other team members
Ability to facilitate user experiences through briefings, workshops and events
Administrative support experience in professionals’ services will be a plus or preferred (group assistant, team assistant, sales assistant etc.)
Must have native level of Japanese communication skills and proficient English communication skills to work closely with global teams to deliver technology experiences
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in a technical or educational subject or equivalent.
Be willing to travel inside and outside Japan
What you'll get in return

Hybrid working style available.
This role will be based in Tokyo, and also part of a team that supports all Japan locations and contribute to support across Asia-Pacific
