Office Administrator for a top professional services firm

Your new company
Our client is a global and leading player providing professional services to both domestic and international clients.

Your new role

Handling general receptionist tasks, including greeting guests, answering calls and maintaining the conference rooms

Overseeing conference room reservations

Maintaining communal areas and pantry

Supporting internal visitors with room allocations, travel bookings and related requests

Providing support for the Office Manager

Providing other administrative support as required

Processing invoices and purchases

Liaising with building management

Supporting internal workshops and seminars
Supporting other department’s administrative work on ad-hoc basis



What you'll need to succeed

Excellent communication skills

Native Japanese language skills

Business-level English language skills
Basic PC skill (word, excel, outlook, etc.)
Minimum 3 years of working experience at the office
