This Global luxury automotive manufacturer is one of the largest enterprises in its sector. It is a special opportunity for a seasoned legal profession to shape this global company’s local compliance risk department. Additionally, you will be working closely with the CFO & Head Compliance officer, handling major legal & compliance issues. To capitalise on the company’s growth, they are looking to hire someone to join their team in their team in the Tokyo office.

Your new role
You’ll effectively work hands, leading compliance support on internal and external matters and developing risk strategies for the company. You’ll provide general compliance risk counsel, monitor legal and regulatory changes, and coordinate with other departments within the company. Additionally, support initiatives and implement policies to raise awareness in the company.

What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a similar role within compliance/risk will lead to your success, as well as: - Bachelor’s degree in law, business admin or relevant major
- Experience in law, risk management, audit and or compliance
- Risk Management and Internal Control System (RMS/ICS)
- Bilingual Business Japanese and English
- Ability to travel when needed
