Your new role
You will be responsible for planning and proposing sales activities through advertising to companies with recruitment needs and issues throughout Japan (you will be responsible for both new business development and deepening existing relationships, but the main focus will be on deepening existing relationships).
What you'll need to succeed
・At least 3 years of corporate sales experience
・Experience in in-depth sales to major companies
Good to have:
・Experience in new business development
・Experience in the following
HR related sales such as recruiting and job advertising
Sales of internet advertising (web advertising, online advertising)
Sales and experience in the advertising industry such as web marketing and digital marketing
SaaS-based products or BPO consulting services
What you'll get in return
・7.3 M Yen/year
Breakdown: Basic salary: 4.5 million yen + 4 bonuses (if annual target is 100% achieved. May vary depending on achievement rate)
