Your new role
As KYC Associate, you will be supporting front office members with new client onboarding requests. You'll work closely with counterparts to help create excellent client experience, while advising on KYC due diligence and conducting reviews and checks on onboarding documentation and processes.

What you'll need to succeed
- At least 3 years experience in a financial institution support role in Japan
- KYC knowledge is preferred but not essential for highly motivated candidates with great potential to learn and strive in this role
- Native level Japanese language skills and Business English language skills
