IT Services Company seeking Customer Support Staff, up to 4.2M

Your new role
  • Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email, SNS, and chat in Japanese and English
  • Provide support to foreign branches
  • Manage client relationships

What you'll need to succeed
  • Native Japanese or JLPT N1 holder with 2+ years’ work experience in Japan and a valid working visa
  • Business English
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Quick to adapt to fast-paced environments and flexible to learn

What you'll get in return
  • Permanent position
  • Salary up to 4.2M JPY depending on experience
  • 9:00am-6:00pm Monday-Sunday
