Your new role
- Create and implement recruitment strategy and action plans / budget, and set up challenging KPIs , following the company strategy and requirements
- Achieve maximum effect/greater efficiencies of the recruitment budget
- Develop best in the industry recruitment method to hire more from the industry potential candidate list, with the best in the industry speed
- Create and implement onboarding and offboarding action plans / budget, and set up challenging KPIs , following the company strategy and requirements
- Screening of CVs, working with agencies, recruitment system, etc
- Liaising with agencies
- Sending/introducing suitable CVs to hiring managers/teams
- Interview arrangement and coordination
- Manage changes in job requirements, including any changes to hiring condition
- Prepare offer letter, other agreements, onboarding process, etc
- Execute and coordinate onboarding/ offboarding procedures
- Other HR admin tasks
What you'll need to succeed
- 1+ years of TA experience
- big plus with engineer hiring experience
