The company engages with different branches such as Fashion groups, from Perfumes, Eyewear, to Watches and Jewellery. The company promotes modern and sustainable luxury without losings the authenticity and care for the product. To capitalize on the company’s growth through the times they are looking for a Intellectual Property Manager for their Legal team in the Tokyo Office.
Your new role
You’ll effectively work hands closely with the APAC Legal team, responsible for all IP and brand protection matters. Advising & supporting on all of the brands within the company, detecting and solve infringement issues, conduct brand awareness trainings, and etc. Also, the opportunity to work closely with the APAC legal teams on various up and coming global projects
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a similar role within IP will lead to your success, as well as:
- Minimum 3 years in-house or private practice experience
- Bilingual Japanese and Business English
- Luxury, Retail or MNC industry experience is a plus
