Your new company
This is a venture Fintech company with around 30 staff and growing. They are looking for 2 HRBP staff to connect APAC HQ with the Japan office to drive strategy and make changes.

Your new role
-Manage personnel planning and cost management
-Assist with recruiting and agent correspondence, payroll, year-end adjustment, attendance management, and social insurance procedure
-Revise contracts based on labor regulations
-Follow up on safety, health, and stress checks

What you'll need to succeed
-5+ years’ HR Generalist or HRBP experience
-Bachelor’s degree
-Strong internal and external communication skills
-Native level Japanese and business English (written and orally)
-Must be a current resident of Japan and will not require visa support

What you'll get in return
-Salary up to 15M

-Social Insurance, Health Insurance, Paid leave, Full flex time, and Flexible WFH (must go to office if any documents need to be stamped; other than that can choose to WFH 100%)
