-Work closely with key stakeholders in talent planning, organization development, assessments, and training
-Monitor job grading and remuneration level including overlooking the annual salary review process
-Oversee organizational development initiatives and HR processes

What you'll need to succeed
-5+ years’ HR Ops or HRBP experience at a large company
-Bachelor’s degree
-Strong internal and external communication skills
-Native level Japanese and business English (written and orally)
-Must be a current resident of Japan and will not require visa support
