仕事内容
-Support change management
-Handle some operational tasks
-Evaluate and strategize on new policies or changes
-Monitor workforce and do succession planning
対象となる方
-5+ years’ HR Generalist or HRBP experience
-Capable of working independently and flexibly
-Bachelor’s degree
-Strong internal and external communication skills
-Native level Japanese and business English (written and orally, needed to speak with foreign upper management)
-Must be a current resident of Japan and will not require visa support
オファー内容
-Salary up to 12.5M
-Permanent Position
-Cheaper social Insurance (company has their own 社会保険組合), Health Insurance, Paid leave, Full flex time, and Flexible WFH (3-4 days at home OK)
