This is a Canadian insurance company with 3,400 employees in Japan. They are looking for an experienced HRBP to join their HR team.

Your new role
-Support change management
-Handle some operational tasks
-Evaluate and strategize on new policies or changes
-Monitor workforce and do succession planning

What you'll need to succeed
-5+ years’ HR Generalist or HRBP experience
-Capable of working independently and flexibly
-Bachelor’s degree
-Strong internal and external communication skills
-Native level Japanese and business English (written and orally, needed to speak with foreign upper management)
-Must be a current resident of Japan and will not require visa support
