Your new role
-Decide on budget for personnel expenses and compensation for incoming talents and staff
-Examine and implement different training for staff
-Identify issues and implement new policies for the current evaluation system
-Assist with increasing employee satisfaction
-Participate in HR initiatives such as cultural transformation and new IT systems
-Support labor-related and global-related projects

What you'll need to succeed
-5+ years’ experience as HR Generalist or HRBP in a company with 300 employees or more
-Bachelor’s degree
-Strong internal and external communication skills
-Native level Japanese and daily English (written and orally)
-Must be a current resident of Japan and will not require visa support

What you'll get in return
-Salary up to 12M (flexible depending on experience)
-Permanent Position -Social Insurance, Health Insurance, and Paid leave
-Fully WFH but might change to hybrid WFH if the Covid situation changes
