This is an American Solutions Company with 4000 employees around the world in 20+ countries. The Japan office is still growing with 40+ employees and is looking for an experienced standalone HR Generalist Partner who can assist with strategy and driving changes for both the Japan and Korea office.
仕事内容
-Report to an overseas hiring manager and help drive changes in Japan and Korea office
-Manage different HR projects
-Assist with talent acquisition, employee relations, and payroll changes
-Design and implement new HR policies
対象となる方
-5+ years’ HR Generalist or HRBP experience
-Bachelor’s degree
-Strong internal and external communication skills
-Native level Japanese and business English (written and orally)
-Must be a current resident of Japan and will not require visa support

-Salary up to 9.5M
