Global but has great autonomy in Japanese office. You will be reporting to HR/General Manager.
Your new role
- You will be working close with top management team and GA/HR Manager.
- You will be covering hiring planning, talent development, HRIS establishment, talent management.
- Enhancing the engagement from employees.
- Identify challenges in organisation and design effective solutions.
What you'll need to succeed
- Business level of English (mainly in writing)
- Experience in working for global company
- 3+years of management work experience (even a few people of management is okay)
- MS Office suit - Willing to work on changes
