Your new role
- Providing strategic counsel, leadership and support to key senior stakeholders and HR teams to ensure they provide a high‐level of service
- Ensuring effective Recruitment processes by working with regional TA teams to establish Manager and HRBP alignment
- Owning the divisional talent review processes, and partnering with our Talent team to identify and support talent development activity
- Building a Regional Diversity & Inclusion council to shape and influence the D&I agenda in partnership with business leadership
- Establishing effective Reward practices by collaborating with our Reward Team to provide market benchmarking, internal equity and successful reward reviews
- Embedding an effective performance and development Culture to delivers a high‐ performing, agile culture from our managers and employees
- Developing and harmonizing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with our global and regional guideline
