~5 years of Helpdesk and end user support experience, L1/L2 Incident troubleshooting skills
Solid knowledge in Windows OS, Active Directory, ServiceNow, Office 365, Sharepoint
Technical training & Supervision of junior IT Engineer
Fluent Japanese communication skills and good customer support experience
