Your new role
As Head of Facility Management, you will be responsible for all Facility operations (hard and soft services) for Japan. You will manage a small team of direct staff, as well as FM service vendors. The role reports regionally, with a dotted report line to the Japan Director. Stakeholder management and office projects support.

What you'll need to succeed
Min of 10yrs Facility Management experience, with at least 3yrs in a senior level FM role (ideally with a large, global firm). Fluency in both Japanese and English. Strong leadership skills, stakeholder and vendor management experience. Pharma experience (or experience in manufacturing) a plus.
