Your new role

- define and implement the strategy for the segment*
- direct and manage the supplier relationship
- define, improve and implement the key processes (ex : costing models...)
- meet the operational performances (quality, costs, delivery)

What you'll need to succeed

- Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong skills in negotiation with a good understanding of Purchasing processes
- Experience in an international and multicultural environment is a plus
- Native or Fluent Japanese, Business English
