Global manager for Sensormatic Solutions aim to be GM
you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within an assigned territory of targeted Channel Partners.
The Global Manager, reporting directly to APAC, responsible for taking total ownership and accountability of reseller channel pipeline with forecast and revenue targets.
The focus is on developing and directing the strategy, plans and all aspects of our organization for developing Channel Partners and implementing sales strategies to create interest, demand, and product recognition to maximize revenue while meeting/exceeding sales goals while establishing partner agreements and assuring the successful launch of new sales territories in partnership and go-to-market program(s) to maximize profitability Of course, minimizing channel conflict, deliver channel value, enable growth within costs worldwide is essential, additionally need to talk to local clients in Semiconductor,Retail, solar, wind or biomass in Japanese
- Jointly analyze with marketing and the regions, relevant competitive channel programs in our market. Exploit data to train sales, product, and support teams on how to address competitor’s channel strategies.
Requirements:
- Management in sales or BD division
- Successful track record as business development - result oriented
- Retail with IoT or RFID OR automotive in semiconductor OR Solar Or Wind or Biomass OR Electric station or power system
- Bachelor’s degre
- Good communication in Japanese and English verbally and written.
Location – Tokyo
Salary – up to 15M
