Develop, implement and improve key HR tools and processes, which include performance management process, talent review process, succession planning process, talent acquisition & onboarding, employer branding, learning & development programs, pay & bonus processes, HR database & dashboard, engagement surveys, and internal communication. Develop a plan, obtain consensus, and orchestrate projects to fulfil these duties in collaboration with key global stakeholders
Develop a plan, obtain consensus, and orchestrate projects to fulfil these duties in collaboration with key global stakeholders of the company and its subsidiaries. Identify strengths and opportunities of organizational capabilities and culture to this company, advocate for new directions, engage stakeholders, and support mindset changes over the course of transformation necessary for the company.
Invite and listen to feedback, and adapt behaviours and communications accordingly.
