A leading, established brand with a huge market share and a long history is seeking an experienced HRBP

Your new company
Our client is one of the most well-known consumer goods brands in the world. They have a solid foundation and history in Japan, with a very stable workforce and organisation.

Your new role
You will be joining as an HR Business Partner, to support their key business functions including sales and marketing. While directly reporting to Head of HR in Japan, you will be involved in several global projects. Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Workforce planning
- Liaison with Business Leaders and Directors
- Implement talent management strategies
- Advise on performance and employee relations

What you'll need to succeed

- A minimum of 6 years of HR generalist experience
- Native-level Japanese & Business-level English
- Prior experience in MNCs
- A high level of communication and stakeholder management skills
- Passion for D&I and employee engagement
