Your new role
Administrative Tasks:
Management of internal visitors from overseas offices (hotel, train tickets, etc.)
Travel arrangement (hotel, air tickets, etc.) for team members
Arrangement of conference rooms and video-calls
Arrangement of dinner and gift for clients
Internal documents circulation (including approval from regional head, Legal & Compliance, etc.)
Management of annual research book printing process
Ordering business cards, logo-items, telegrams, flowers
Mailing support (express mail, bike, etc.)
Filing and other administrative matters
Business promotion related matters:
Translation of presentation materials, reports, etc.
Supporting development of presentation materials
Supporting fund related periodical reporting and marketing material updates by coordinating with overseas and domestic fund teams
Data input of meeting notes Management of client information and client lists
What you'll need to succeed
- Native Japanese, Business English
- Computer skills (email domestic & international correspondence, be able to assist in Power point presentations)
- Team player
- Professional and self-starter
- Bachelor's/University degree Professional experience at management consulting companies, investment securities, asset management and related industries will be preferred.
