Your new role
You will be responsible for supporting the FP&A and Controlling aspects of the finance team, including forecast, budgeting, planning, and analysis. You will also have the opportunity to manage two staffs, as well as keeping strong communication with business partners in other teams to communicate financial information with them. You will have the opportunity directly support the the Japan business to flourish, assuring that its accounting systems run efficiently and effectively.
What you'll need to succeed
An ideal candidate will be a flexible and dedicated worker with good communication skills. Candidates should have about five years of accounting experience. ERP experience (SAP or Oracle) is a plus. It is a plus to have previous experience in a retail company. Business English (spoken and written) is also important for the job to communicate with overseas colleagues.
