Your new role
- Provide hardware break fix service and support for Storage, Networks and Servers
- Install and configure Servers, Storage, Networks
- Install and setup OS and peripherals application
- Provide follow-up on problems or escalation when necessary

What you'll need to succeed
- Fluency in Japanese and business level English
- 3 years or more of hardware support or break fix service for servers and storage devices
- Willingness to work in changing shifts
